Almost ready to send this. I would be very grateful for a few extra sets of eyes to run through my package. How does this look?

Enclosed please find Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Form I-864 Affidavit of Support, Form I-131 Application for Travel Document, Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and all supporting documents.
My eligibility is based on admission as the fiancé of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry.

▪ Letter verifying employment and salary

▪ Copy of six pay stubs indicating current bi-monthly income

▪ Letter from bank indicating current balance

▪ Copy of Bank statement for checking account

▪ Copy of bank statement for savings account

I-131 Application for Travel Document
Copy of passport Bio Page

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

Timeline

Was a little confused by what tax returns you are sending. You are required to send the most recent complete tax return with all forms, schedules, attachments, W-2s and/or 1099s OR an IRS transcript. Don't just send the 1040 and W-2 if there were other forms involved when filing. Otherwise, looks solid and complete. Since you are lucky enough to have copies of the medical exam, don't forget to keep copies for yourself.
