I filed the I-130 for my wife and step daughter on Aug 1st 2013. The case was transferred to the CSC on Jan 20th 2014. Today I saw the status below. What does it mean? Does it mean the case is tranferred to the NVC?

On March 20, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

The case status for my step daughter has not changed.

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

It usually means someone has touched your file.

It can mean that your NOA2 is coming very soon, or it could be nothing. We've seen examples of each; in my case after I got the message that very night I got the approval. For others, they have got this message and nothing else happens for weeks. I hope it's the former for you. Good luck.

I got an RFE. The status changed on the website today after I called up the USCIS to check. I had a K1 visa rejection before and now an RFE. I am not good with paper work. I am beyond tired and frustrated with life.
