I have recieved checklist from NVC.

2) AOS for my dad (joint sponsor)

For the Joint Sponsor My Dad.

refer to page two for mailing instructions.

General Instructions

[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form completely filled out (all pages required), which includes

the changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. In order

to make corrections you will need to download a new form at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov.

Part 1 Information on the Household Member

[x] This section is incomplete. Please answer all questions completely. (If N/A, please indicated in the

appropriate space).

What does this means can someone please tell me. I have forgot to put N/A on item 3. Place of residence. and One line 9 ) Name of Employee No.2. Is this what they meant incomplete.

Any help would be appreciated.

pages 1 to 9 should be filled up if theres any question refer that does not applied to you or anyone including on that form

Do not leave it blank put N/A or not applicable or NONE. What happen is when doin evaluation on your case then they find out blank or space leave next to that question thinking that you miss it or you skip it.. no doubt for them(NVC) to come back to you and ask for it for verification.

Yes, so i resent last week. Whats next. They still lock ivfee. I already did ds261 on feb 14 and when I called NVC they said we received it on March 18. I guess this error from there side. Can it be done something to expedite the process.? Thanks

Had nothing to do for expediting your case usually it goes up to normal process takes 4-6 weeks unless for some any valid reason that need to address.

Its really stressful. I been over year and 2 months still, I am not seeing anything. Frustrating.

hello i have the same problem, what did you do? did you put N/A at 9 question?, please help me !

you can simply put N/A if its stated applicable or not. Line 9 is for 2nd employer??
