My wife entered as K3, we are filing AOS. I don't understand (and can't find anything in the archive about it) which box I will check.

"b" through "g" do not apply, leaving "a" or "h". I am assuming "a", but I don't understand this "immediately available immigrant visa number" thing.

Any help would be most appreciated.

(Edit: Neither "i" nor "j" apply, either. Didn't see those until just now...)

'a' applies if your I-130 has been approved. We answered 'h' and filled in "k-3" visa beneficiary.

The correct answer for 'h' is: "K-3 awaiting adjustment of status" or filing to adjust status to permanent residence.
