Just curious why do some doesnt need to submit RFE? they actually got their NOA2 w/out asking for their RFE's?

RFE's only apply if there is additional or missing information being requested.

Unfortunately some people are misguided and think the USCIS works on a "you apply they ask". A piecemeal kind of petitioning. Not everyone is that lucky. You are send in all required documents and other documents that show a bonafide relationship.Whether it be a I-130 or I-129F.

I have seen some get lucky and get a RFE when they didn't know to supply the documents or felt they didn't have to they would just bring at interview. And I have seen others denied. Money kept by USCIS and they have to file over again.And pay over again. Costly mistake.

And to make it worst many lawyers operate like this the "USCIS will notify you when they need more evidence". This delays your petition because just think if you had all that you needed that would have been an approval instead now you take weeks to get letter than send in the evidence weeks of delays unnecessary.

Those who didn't get an RFE got it right and did it right its that simple.

I got the strangest rfe from my wife's interview yesterday.

first they said I did not smile enough? I have mustache that has downward slopping ends

second they said he never says how is he going to prove he will always support you? I was going to get new will once she was here.

third, they said I didn't X before in a divorce. OMG, she was Indonesian scammer just trying to get my money and I had proof. She took off after only 6 months with me

I am so confused, NVC approved my ability to support my wife before they sent it to manila Embassy

What do you mean they want proof you will support hear? Did you not submit a I-864 or you have a co-sponsor? You not meet the guidelines. I am confused.

And what did the 221g fprm or paper they give you say reason for denial?

Were you actually denied or are they requesting documents from you for affidavit of support?

they are requesting more documents. I sent over 72 messages we had. They told her I never

conversed on how I would support her. The nvc approved my income. I thought interview was going to be a breeze. Yes, I am 32 years older than my wife. But, married her in the Philippines to show her family I was committed to my wife

i don't think age does matter for your denial. i cant understand whats the real deal about how will he supports you, so sad hearing CR! denied. did you file an appeal?
