I had brought a woman over from the Philippines as a K-1 in 2006, I married her

and within 5 weeks she left me. She was going to be deported and she used

the VAWA and got a green card and has been her ever since. I did divorce her

in 2007. In 2012 I met another woman from the Philippines, I met her personaly

in 2013 and I filed a k-1 petition and when I received the NOA2 it had indicated

that is was my second approved I-129 petition and as such, you information

has been entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database. My recommendation

is contact USCIS with this issue. It's good that you never married. Good Luck!
