Hi,

I know it sounds dumb but here's my problem:

My Visa arrived last Saturday..I am confused because the packet says DO NOT OPEN, or even attempt to open.

How will I do that? My passport is inside the plastic cover..:(...The 1st plastic cover has a 2GO LOGO printed so I assume this one is good to open, so I had it opened 2 inches but my passport is still inside the 2nd plastic cover with I think the brown envelope with diagonal cut..

I am just worried to open and commit a mistake..

Hope someone will enlighten me about this matter..

Thank you and have a good day :):)

Have you considered that the "DO NOT OPEN" part is not written on the plastic cover, but on the paper underneath the plastic?

AOS for my husband

ROC:

Hello Cherry 29! It's ok, you may open the plastic and get your passport and visa. Then you may bring your passport/visa to CFO for sticker. Yes a corner had been cut in the brown envelope but it's fine. Just make sure seal is secure. Relax now and congratulations!

Only the envelope marked DO NOT OPEN (not plastic) is to be protected, no issue opening the plastic bag. How else will you get the passport out for travel? ;)
