hello visa journey members .................... just wanted to say that my Fiance and I started the long journey to get the K1 visa ............. I mailed it in on feb. 4th and I have the NOA1 in my hand ..... now the wait begins............ from what I have researched on here .......... we have nothing but time on our hands now ................ but from what I have seen ...... others here say that the California service center is faster than others..... (that's where our application went to )..so I hope it is true .............good luck to everyone getting this visa

It is hard to predict how long the process will take no matter which center..sometimes CSC is faster and sometimes it is not. It took us 8 months for approval (CSC) and I spent my days hoping CSC was faster. Just don't want to get your hopes up since I did and was crushed when the time kept getting longer :)

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014
