Review Time at NVC

So I have one everything except send in my supporting documents. I called NVC last week to get some info and she said I can't tell you anything except that your case is in Review. I told her that I had not sent in my supporting documents. She proceeded to say that was all she could tell me that it's in reivew and review takes 30 busniess days.

So does that mean reivew started at the day I submitted my DS-260 and I will just get a checklist cause I have not submitted my supporting documents? My husband is sending me his birth certificate tomorrow from England so I should have the packet ready to send by the end of the week.

The review of your DS-260 started whenever they got it and reviewed it. Its not reviewed soon as you submit. Usually takes about 20 business days. But the documents you are able to send in when you pay your IV Bill. The DS-260 isn't dependent on that.

So you sent in DS-261 which will generate your IV Bill once paid you can send in your documents.
