Hi,

I have been browsing VJ and there have been lots of helpful answers to my questions. I have looked around for the answer to this particular question but haven't found an answer to our exact situation.

My fiance is a US citizen and has been living in Canada for several years. He is employed by a US company and has been here on a work Visa. He is expecting to be transferred back to the US in the next 6 months (and will return regardless) but does not know where he will end up yet. We are working on the I-129f for the K-1.

He has listed his address as our current address in Canada. What should we do if we do not know my intended address in the US (question 28)? His parents live in California but we do not intend to live with them and may not end up in California anyways however, he does still use their address as a mailing address for the most part. I would be worried about using their address as an intended address as it is not truthful.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Or is it ok to use their address and then change it when we find out what our address will be?

Sorry for the long explanation --
