Has anyone recently completed K1 visa interview at the US embassy in Madrid, Spain?

My fiancée has changed her home address and we are afraid packet 3 may get lost in the mail.

From what I understand we can't set up an interview date until we physically get packet 3 in the mail.

Question: Can we request a change address before packet 3 is mailed out ?

Our file is currently still in transit to the embassy from NVC.

Any info or interview advise is welcome.
