I would like to say hello to everyone and give my thanks for all who contribute to the forum. The help that is provided here is priceless. I hope to be able to contribute to the forum one day also.

I am in the final stages of putting my K1 petition together and I have a question about how much correspondence is needed to be sent. My fiance and I communicate 99% via Whatsapp. I have saved all of our messages from January 2013. When I downloaded it and placed it in word it came out to over 700 pages.Obviously that is a large amount. So I have a few questions.

How far back do I need to go for sending messages with the package?

The messages are in Spanish, do I have to translate them all?

I was thinking about send a few recent pages printed out and burning the rest on a cd. Is that a good idea?

Thanks in advance for any advice,

NU

Pick and choose a few messages over the course of the relationship to show ongoing communication; they do not have to be translated.

Don't bother burning anything to a CD, electronic media will not be viewed.

I am from Dominican Republic too.

I advise you send all the proof that you have with your petition.

You know that our country is a high fraud country.

You dont need translate the messages.

Preper a good packet to send to uscis, because that packet will be sent to the consulate, at the consulate they will check the packet, I can tell by my experience they take the dessition before interview.

When I went to my interview in one of the window where you give them the receipts , I could see my packet before the interview and I could see that had a little green car on top and that mean that you are approved.

When I was in my interview with the consul I saw my packet again in her hand with the green paper on it.

I can tell if you preper a good packet they take a quick dessition.

You know dificult is our country sometimes by the fraud, but I went to my interview alone and they approved me.

My fiance couldnt be present and they approved me anyway.

Everybody say that was a miracle, I know that God make a miracle.

Send a good packet, and you will be fine.

My fiance sent the I-134 even is isnt require in the I-129f stage.

Good luck

Omg. I am in the same boat. I have WhatsApp transcript that goes for a double side print to 1600 pages. It has 334,200 words.

Tried reducing font size to save a few forests.. but than I need to add a magnifying glass with the package.

Thank you all for the responses. I will filter the messages and only send the important ones. Maybe just a few messages a week. I will send all of the most recent ones (last month).

Dont print too much pages.

Just print some pages, you can print one page for few months.

I printed only 2 months , but I only print important conversations.

Reduce the conversations.
