My wife and I were married in the Philippines earlier this month. I will be going back to the US soon and will apply for her to come to the US using the CR1 process. I am retired and I would like to know if I can travel back and forth to the Philippines during the long process.

Thanks in advance

You can visit her anytime in the Philippines and your wife could also visit you if she has a tourist visa. But make sure that she has a round trip ticket and show proof of ties to her country that she is going back to finish her process in the Philippines.

Also keep your boarding passes and itinerary for the future interview at the manila embassy. She could use that as a proof that you see each other.

Yes absolutely.

If you are out of the country a long time, you may want to have someone check your mail in case you get something from USCIS.
