ds2001 and ds160

I received pocket and saying need to send D's 2001 and confirmation page of ds160 and the document. Chick list do I need to send all original and copy to my document chick list?they said after I send this they well send me another pocket for interview

I confuse our attorney said only the D's 2001 and confirmation page but when I read the D's 2001 it say send with the document xhicklist like b.certificate cenomar evedince etc.that all document for intwrview.o

Pls need help its really make me confuse.

Your atty. is correct you only need to send a copy of your passport, ds 2001, ds 160 confirmation page to get an appointment. You may bring all original supporting documents at the day of your interview.
