Hi everyone,

I'm confusing here and kinda get stuck here. Here is my story, hopefully anybody can give me a hint or please help !

I recently found out I am a active Tuberculosis and I am on treatment for 3 months, still have 9 months to go.

I sent i485 (AOS) on February 20th without i 693 but I did sent form i601 for Tuberculosis Waiver.

They sent me a RFE for form i-693. i-601 still pending.

in RFE they said I have 87 days to send i-693

I go to do medical exam but the doctor said he cannot seal the form i-693 untill I finish treatment with Tuberculosis.

I don't understand, I sent i-601 but they want my i-693 while doctor cannot seal until next 9 months but my AOS will be denied after 3 months.

Please help !!

I 601 is used for other purposes.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Not come across this one before, my guess is that you will have to wait?

Why did you send your AOS when you had active TB?

My understanding is that it's possible to have a I-693 with an "all systems go" message despite the TB, and it is also possible to get a "red light, halt" message where immigration cannot continue. It all depends on the circumstances of the disease in you.

Seems like you may have the latter, yet you applied for AOS anyway? This is why you are supposed to do I-693 beforehand.
