Hello friends,

I am in process of Adjustment of Status for the diversity visa (green card). I sent the required amount of money ($330.00) to the U.S. Department of States prior to the I-485 application, and received the receipt. However, the receipt is kind of weird. They sent the same form I sent to them (PC-160), with a small difference. There is date stamp and "Paid" written with hand writing at the right bottom corner of the form. Weird part is there is no stamp or name of the U.S. Department of State. Do you think the form I received is correct or is there a problem? I'm going to apply for the I-485 AoS form. So, your urgent replies will be really helpful.

Thanks in advance.

No. The address is:

U.S. Department of State

Diversity Visa Program

P.O. Box: 979079

St. Louis, MO 63197-9000

Since I'm doing Adjustment of Status, I was told to send the money to the U.S. Department of State; not to the Kentucky Consular Center.

You are right about the address , sorry I am not used to AOS DV winners If you followed these instructions http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/diversity-visa/instructions-for-selectees/adjustment-fee.html

Your reciept should look like this http://s18.postimg.org/t0yvmuokp/Screen_Shot_2012_06_11_at_5_28_10_PM.png

If nor I would call USCIS help number

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Oh, yeah. It exactly looks like this. Only difference is the "Received" stamp is replaced by "Paid" hand writing. But I think it is all right. Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate. :)
