So you're telling us you used your US citizen wife to get citizenship only to divorce her and get engaged and married to a woman from your home country who was waiting for your divorce. A very common marriage scam. You weren't even smart enough to get divorced first. You will get past USCIS, but you will be denied at the visa interview.

Don't want to sound mean but prepare yourself to go back to live in Afghanistan because you may have fooled Immigration once but not twice. I can guarantee you will not be given a visa for your new fiance or wife. Just not going to happen. I must say I don't blame them when they deny you, it's obvious you used your ex-wife to come to the USA and they wont make that mistake again. Good luck back in Afghanistan.

I agree 100% with you.

This kind of people make the things really hard for honest couples.

Usa has to have the rules that if one people get citenzenship for spouse and after divorce he dont must to have the right to bring another person to usa.

Because many people do that.

Get citenziship and then divorce and bring another person to usa, in many cases they pay but in many cases they use the usc.

That is sad that someone use another, everybody here know how stressfull and expensive is has a long distance relationship and after the person get citenzeship , divorce de usc.

If you paid the USC then you have committed fraud against the United States Of America and you both will be going to jail for a very long time then once your out your ### will be deported back to your country or origin. I think we can most likely find out where your living with the IP and let Immigration know that you have stated the fraud you have committed.
