What are the next step after the NVC receives your approved petition?, and then how long will it take for you to go in USA., my husband is in California and I'am in the Philippines. I'm feeling so anxious and stress, because just from USCIS sending the case to NVC it's already been 2months and still, NVC haven't received our case. ? help pls.thanks

call USCIS and get your case NR it will begin with MNL. Then you can pay for

you visa interview, get the medical examination and CFO done before the

interview. For some reason it appears that people are having to wait quite

awhile to get their interviews so don't waste time setting up the interview

date. Make sure that you get your physical several weeks prior to you interview

too. Good Luck

OP needs to call the NVC to get the case number, not USCIS. Furthermore, spousal visa interviews are scheduled by the NVC, the OP will not be able to pick a date in advance.

OP=Original poster (thats you)

Your husband will have to call USCIS monday and ask just like this "I need to talk to a tier 2 supervisor". You may be on hold forever but wait you must.

Once you get supervisor you ask this "What is the date my petition physically leave your service center?"

If they say they ay they sent it then you just have to keep calling NVC.
