We just got married and my fiance is currently under k1 visa. What's next? How do we apply for adjustment of status and for permission to work? Can this be filed together?

Yes, the AOS, AP, and AED (hope is got this right) can all be filed together for the price of only $1,070.00. If my memory forgets me you may need to wait until close to the end of the 90 day period when you gal got here or when the I-94 expires to file for all of this. I am sure other will share their opinion also.

Best of luck!

No reason to wait, AOS can be filed as soon as they have certified copies of the marriage certificate.

As soon as you have your marrriage cert you can file for all 3, AoS, EAD and AP, there is no need to wait for the end of the 90 day I 94 period, in fact you are better off not doing so as you will technically be out of status. If you have the money then you might as well file all 3. One price $1070 for all 3. Read the guides and make sure to treat all 3 as separate issues so send 6 photos not just 2 for example. read the instructions for each application and send whatever they ask for.

@Jahk18

are you sure we dont need the marriage cert for the AOS ???

You DO need your marriage certificate for aos. Well, the instructions on i485 says you need to send a copy of your marriage certificate. How else are you going to prove you got married within the 90 days window?!
