hello good day, i was new to this site, we were about to complete the i130 package.i have read lots of stories about the i130 processing and they are really helpful. my question is,based on your experience,what are the requirements you have included in the i13o package for spouse and how lonf is the process and interview experience. BTW my husband is a US citizen by Naturalization. i am from philippines. i am looking forward to your respond, thank you and godbless...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

03-11-2014 - NVC received case

04-10-2014 - NVC case number assigned

04-15-2014 - DS-261 completed online

04-15-2014 - Expedite requested

04-28-2014 - Case forwarded to consulate (Expedite approved)

Consulate

05-30-2014 - Medical

06-12-2014 - Interview

06-20-2014 - Visa in hand

09-21-2014 - POE (San Francisco)
