Help filling out I-864 please

I have a question regarding NVC. My wife is trying to fill out her affidavit of support form and is confused about the residence, mailing address and domicile. We have called NVC multiple times and received different information each time. My wife lives here in Egypt with me since July 2012, but plans on returning to the US with me after I get my visa (same plane together). We know she has to send proof that she intends on returning to the US, which is her bank statements with American billing address and mailing address proof. But what we have a question on is what should she put as her mailing address, place of residence, and country of domicile on the I-864. One NVC guy told us to write her american mailing address (because all her mail goes there), egyptian address for place of residence, and USA as country of domicile. Another guy told us today to write Egypt as mailing, place of residence and domicile as Egypt also. We had a friend tell us that his application was rejected when his wife wrote mailing address and residence as Egypt and domicile as the US. They were told by their congressman to write mailing as Egypt, residence as America and domicile as the US. Anyone have any experience here with this please help. Preferably someone whose wife lived in Egypt with him and filed I-864 from here too. Thanks!
