Your timeline says you just arrived Are you a USC yet ? only USC's can file for parents. If you are it is two sets of fees, two sets of application, 2 sets of evidence. Each file is separate and may take different times until approval.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Unlike the above poster I am not a rocket scientist. As to your question everything can be included in one packet [package]. Just my opinion, it might be in your best interest to offer an "Index" with your cover letter. If you would like to know how my gal and I did it send me a private message...

Best of luck!

when petitioning both parents AT THE SAME TIME only ONE $88 AOS fee is to be paid

Once you pay this and you are ready to send the AOS packet 2x I-864, 2 copies of your US passport/naturalization certificate, copies of your tax returns, I-864 only asks for the MOST RECENT but everyone here sends in 3 years (for some reason) and then some past pay stubs. and the barcoded sheet for EACH parent.

When i paid the AOS fee for my mum $88 it also applied to my dad's case. BUT only my mums barcoded sheet would show. I had to call NVC for them to email me my dad's barcoded sheet, you cannot send the AOS packet until you have BOTH barcoded sheets

i just paperclipped them together.

I have just paid my mums IV bill $230, waiting to pay my dads IV bill now.
