I just completed the Form DS 260 online today. I already mailed in the civil documents to NVC immediately after paying the fee before completing the Form DS 260. I hope what we submitted to NVC will be sufficient and no request from them. Good luck to all who are in this process.

DS 261 is the choice of agent form - letting them know where to send correspondence - petitioner/beneficiary or (if applicable) your lawyer.

DS 260 is the online application - questions about the beneficiary. Usually takes 30-60 minutes to fill out
