My wife has got a royal pain in the butt co-worker, but she brown noses the boss, or she'd been let go long ago. Most errors, won't look up anything herself, just asks my wife what the rules are, bullies my wife around, demands my wife do her work for her while she takes credit. But my wife refuses to ignore her or tell her where to go, and just lives with the bullying, although it upsets her greatly.

That's awful.

And it's sad that your wife can't stand up for herself :(

Three problems with that,

1 the woman is older and my wife was raised to respect and defer to elders.

2 the woman is in with the boss, brown nosing by always getting her coffee, buying her rolls, donuts gifts.

3 my wife was raised in the non-confrontational Filipino way, they just don't tell people to frig off.

Yeah, that's a bummer.

Pardon my question, but are those other women Filipinos as well?

No, most are Caucasian born in the USA, although a few Vietnamese and Hmong (mostly born here though so Americans too). There are no other Filipinos at my wife's work.

Does she have any friend there?

Or is she kinda left alone?

I can only imagine how she feels...

Everybody loves her there. Although she hasn't really made close friends with anyone, she does have friends though. Heck one of my women friends even works at the place, but she's a bit too wild for my wife.
