Your wife def makes them way different wow....that would be cool to try. Mine were marinated in vinegar for the day and I did pre-cook them for almost 2 hours in the oven. Also..quite tender. I had sauce aside too (balsamic/sugar/ meat drippings cooked down).

She marinates in vinegar and soy sauce. I was quite surprised to see her method, but the ribs come out really tender. Filipino barbeque sauce is just ketchup and sprite. Its good on some things, but over all I find it kind of boring. I like Sweet Baby Rays.

It truly sucks what you're going through, Darnell. I sure hope she comes to her senses. And of course her friends are going to back her up, they're hearing half a story, twisted by her view point. IE I don't know what to do with my husband, he refuses to work! Isn't that terrible? And he gets angry when I clean the kitchen or bathroom properly. I can't live in a pig stye, can I?

Why are you discussing ribs with "The Vegan"?

So when she makes them for someone more appreciative, they'll enjoy them. Heck if she refuses to eat tasty animals, that's her issue. I don't understand it, but if she's cooking good food for me, why would I complain?

I used baby rays for pulled pork...it worked quite well.
