Cheating hos smell like dial soap, didn't she know? If you smell fresh soap on someone who just came home...you know what is up.

they don't have pet door...I get them in...usually it is np but she has been needy lately. I just put her to sleep by petting her belly..she is such a baby (moreso than usual)

Electrician went out to the house this morning and no official quote, but the word expensive was certainly used. Unfortunately seller's realtor was there and heard him mention pulling just a ground wire as a cheaper alternative. *facepalm* How the heck does that solve the fire issue from the knob and tube? Hmmmmmm? And why would you not just pull all new Romex if you are pulling a grounding wire?

Also not going to cut it for our insurance company.
