That's Spring and Broadway in Soho. That Deli has an elevated floor. And a countertop with stools that faces the sidewalk. All glass front.

In the summer time, the women like to sit on those stools and exhibit their stuff.....all kindsa guys out there gawking and taking pics....

The only thing not true is the $61000 a year being able to buy you a house and a car. Without a second wage, probably higher than that, you'd have to pick between the house and the car. You could maybe rent a cheaper apartment and also have a car on that salary. My husband because he was still an apprentice was making about $40k usd a year and we were barely scrapping by - no eating out, cheap apartment, careful what to buy in the supermarket and definitely no car.
