We wear our shoes in the house occasionally, but really only if we just got home or are just about to leave. I prefer being barefoot but hubby (and his whole family, really) always has to have shoes on. Usually uses flipflops around the house, but unless he's in bed or something, he's got something on.

my mom is like that...but she has "inside" shoes for that, that she never wears outside. i'd be ok with that.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

What I didn't get was...in Malaysia, they don't wear shoes in the house. But the inside floor wasn't that clean...so my feet got dirty........that's not the way it's suppose to work.....

to be honest...we keep our house clean so you can walk without shoes but sometimes the floor is not as clean as other times..it happens.

Having a not so clean floor is better then a floor full of what ppl have on their shoes. Think public bathrooms on the bottom of ppl's shoes yuk!

speaking of which...one thing that scares me a little about public toilets here is the cracks in the door..like I can see people passing by so I bet if they looked they could see me..you know...I really dislike that lol

Morning! :)

I usually stay clear from dinner to be honest..I get the pre-packaged vegan balls (since those are the ones I actually like)...I do cook quinoa cakes and such...but know that I will also eat egg whites when I feel I want to or have tuna..I am not hard core. I just won't straight out chow down on a steak or chicken etc. :)

So no dinners, aka hot meals for you?

Sorry if I'm prying or something... ;)

poll: do you all wear shoes in the house? even on carpet?

if yes, do you sit/lay on carpet, knowing that your shoes have been outside and then all over your carpet where your head/face is now resting?

Nope. Never.

I wear slippers :)

thats what i'd do...not sure if i would offend anyone though and how badly. i cringe every time i watch 'american movies' (heh) and see people fall into bed with their sneakers on ewwww.

Exactly my thoughts every time!
