so you using charcoal ?

or is a gas grill?

or you smoking the ribs ?

what's the dealio ?

they get cooked in the oven first for 1.5 hours and then they get grilled for 8 mins on med on gas grill (in my case).

well, that's one way, I suppose.

ask the FIL to teach you how to cook em Texas Style. I've a theory that he's an underground Rib Cooker of Great Repute, but no one he's related to knows of it.

[and don't pay attention to any Chinese rib-cooker wanna-be, he still ain't got it right]

I had a big fat juicy steak full of gristle, medium rare for dinner....with asparagus and string beans , some rice.

I feel fat now...
