The cheap marklars! Ran into the couple who had our new dog at the grocery store last Friday. I found out the husband was too cheap to get it groomed, so he would just trim the hair with a scissors. No wonder the hair had become so matted, including matting so thick on the feet you couldn't find the toes, he just trimmed the ends, never working through the coat. That poor dog is lucky it got with us. I get tempted to call him an idiot, but I bite might tongue. Heck I was tempted to call him that when I found out he's a deadbeat dad, and lives off his immigrant wife's income.

I know I said this already but the mother in law wanted the second dog , she wanted the third dog and yes..I would suggest she gets a stuffed animal next.

She pets them occasionally but that is it and then she wonders why they prefer other people in the house aka her husband or me or hubs (he pets them and sometimes even feeds them at least).

they had it tested the first time it came about and said it was not a tumor but if it changes size (which it did...) to come in...they did not until it opened up and started bleeding...so then they sucked out all the stuff, which even the doc said was gross and a lot. Then I got her cleaned up and it healed but its been 3 weeks and it is growing back into its original size...now yes...with the lack of eating (they have had the same food for 5 years so that could also be it) ...I don't know...it just would be better to get it taken out so she doesn't have to go thru the itching, getting infected and all that...my opinion....but oh well.

The whole issue is they did not remove the cause, they just drained it. Getting the entire wound removed and closed up might solve the problem, but no one really knows the actual cause yet.
