.....sadly, that would not work...well, unless we attach a cart to my bicycle maybe especially since it is groceries for Sunday party of 21..besides...that would only make him sit at home even more while I bike back and forth like a crazy person and bring him home groceries....

Hint:

Get 4 aluminum crutches, take em apart, bend/beat them into the shape of cart,

add in a wheel,

and you've got a cart.

study instructables.com for more ideas [like converting a used baby stroller that was used for running moms, it has the same tires]

Ok first what does FML mean. I know I should know this by now it's every where.

Second well it sucks when you are stuck waiting for ppl to make up their mind, I really hope you get that job in NYC and hear from them soon.

Dear Mom -

you've stayed out of the fray for so long, it's not fair to tell you a current acronym.

Trophie....your bathroom. You using drywall? or fiberboard? Or watercheck?

Cement board and that moisture resistant drywall. And whatever that orange mat thing is for under the tiles.

My husband is more in charge of this stuff.

water resistant sheetrock = watercheck.

Cement board = wonderboard. There's a lighter alternative. Made of fober.

Orange thing is to hold the tiles in place because your floor is wood and flexible...do you have cracked tile floors now? if so, the floor needs reinforcing before new tiles can be laid down. Otherwise it'll crack just the same.

Tiles are cracked, but the subfloor is water damaged so it is coming up. The Danes is going to reinforce the joists, make the subfloor even with the top of them and then do the cement board and the orange thing. *shrugs*

ok....sounds good :)

But he really doesn't need the orange mat if he's putting wonderboard on the floor. Supertek thinset mortar will glue the tile right onto the wonderboard. My baths were all built like that. But all wonderboard, no watercheck, no backerboard.
