Nola sent a PM with advice - learn French and don't tell them about it.

Interesting the way I am just gliding through another Scandinavian language, isn't it?

I can handle only so much whine too

A Philippines TV show called Show Time is running this MiniMe contest, where kids perform and mimic actors and actresses right now. About half of them do a dramatic roll when the person being copied is crying. These kids just sound like whiny spoiled brats ever time they do it. I'll be so glad when they move on to a new contest.

is there such a thing as too much salad ? yes, yes there is....so full....

Chewie didn't think so

Darnell caught that if they got married after 90 days, they should sens I-130 as well, so that might be a reason of denial as well.

That OP might have mistaken that they have to marry before the K1 visa expires, instead of within 90 days after POE.

2013-11-28 - lets see - 90 days after is roughly 2-26, and they got married prior to that, so IMO she was very confused regardless. Which, of course, sucks.

How to write a letter asking the USCIS to forgive her ignorance in applying?

time is money.

knowledge costs money.

etc etc....

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

It truly sucks for her. But one has to wonder why she didn't just get everything ready, then mail after the wedding day? She even could have had a friend mail it for her, if they were going to be busy on their honeymoon. Sure they would get an RFE for the missing marriage certificate, but it beats a denial. I guess she she thought including a letter is all that was required. Thats not smart thinking when dealing with a bureaucracy.
