You guys met when she asked you if you were lost and couldn't find your way back to the old folks home? :P

Can I go smoke now? You mind?

We met when I caught her while she fell from the sky, as her angel wings burned away from her hot thoughts after noticing me.

No you can't smoke in jail

bite me.

He might think of that as an invitation.

I actually shudder to think how many of these men importing foreign brides are selling them a false bill of goods. You see so many times the woman gets here and doesn't realize that they'll be living in the parents' basement and basically having to use food banks to get by. It is kind of sad.

I shudder every time I see someone using co-sponsors. If you're not above 125% of poverty, life is gonna suck.

The other day on FB VJ, some woman was talking about using her child support and a car she co-owned with someone to overcome the lack of income. :girlwerewolf2xn:

Yep, I agree. We had to use my mother as a co-sponsor and financially even with my husband's salary which is certainly above 125% it wasn't easy. I think this is especially true when men are using co-sponsors because men who don't have degrees have way more earning potential than women in similar positions.

Even sadder if the USC family is in cahoots to deceive the foreign bride ....

Sinister might be the better word to describe that.

Oh dear lord.

There are times co-sponsors are just fine, but I just see it stretched too often where it shouldn't be used. Just getting out of school, been living with your spouse out of the country, just got back to work after a major layoff in this economy, are not bad reasons. But working part time for minimum wage and wanting to bring a spouse or fiancee in, get your financial act together then do it.

OK what's your address again, and who do I say happy birthday to?
