Where in the world (outside of Asia...and not the poster) can you get your nails done for $6?!

probably in someone's home parlor in the deep south or an urban ghetto. Right now my wife is getting a $100 hair conditioning

Apparently illegal Chinese immigrants in NYC do it.

I remember it being maybe $8 when I used to live in New York, but that was a while ago.

hubs was busy playing wow to offer to pay...mom in law was the one who offered to take us in the 1st place since one granddaughter couldnt go....so it makes sense in a way..
