I hate when I save a house on the "realtor.com" website and then the next day it's gone.

We need a real estate agent I think. Since I work nights this week and hubs works nights next week... this seems to be getting put off again. But I really really would like to have our own place. They sell CRAZY fast around here so I think being pre-approved would be beneficial.

In a busy market, sellers won't even entertain your offer if you're not preapproved. Had you gotten an agent, they would have told you that. Even though the market was slow a few years back I got preapproved, as it makes you appear as a serious buyer.

There's currently no one to fart on except the cat, who has never even farted on me, no man.

I need ready-to-eat snacks that can be pigged out on but aren't too fattening, si and no man.

kale chips

If J is out of batteries, she'll have to settle for the small floppy meat.

My 4x4 is always ready to go. Telling wife no work on Friday because of the snow, she's saying I can drive her :bonk: The problem with a 4x4 is not that you can't get around, its the other idiots on the road that can't drive even if they've got a 4x4 mom SUV.

I didn't know The Professor's ex wife is Singapura :)

(Slam-dunk)

She might not have developed such a horse dung lousy attitude if she was a Singapurr girl. I still shake my head when I recall some of the things she thought were right.

yea you hafta look out for other terrible drivers. Make up for their errors..

Gets about 20 times more difficult when there's a foot of snow on the ground with a layer of ice under it.

And in a rear wheel drive vehicle  Which isn't too bad, as she'll use a snowmobile for 6 months out of the year and a boat for 2 months

Hey, my truck can go manually into 4wd! There are a lot of snowmobile trails. I think I saw someone say that the 4 seasons up there are winter, winter, winter, and flood.

The new car is AWD, so ha!
