Josh Groban, you smartass! :P

I don't know any Groban's, maybe his parents being friends with me, made him change his last name.

You mean the obamacare plans? Without the subsidy we were able to get one for my husband at $230 a month, but that was with a $5000 deductible. Our whole family insurance now with a $1000 deductible is about $900/month.

It varies by state, though.

I see...going to wait for a job then I can handle insurance for us.

I am quite astonished with the premiums...I thought Switzerland was bad...

Might pay to skip it the first year, but in follow up years its going to start hurting.

We may not have the best health care in the world, but we do have the most expensive. We're number one!

if you don't have insurance for only three months or less, no penalty. So get out there and get a job so you can save him that $190.

I don't know...he did not call them and while I was going to....I am not because then we will fall into the same hole he has been in....it is his job to handle it so if he wants to handle it this way I will let him. Not his mother, I won't do it for him...I told him ...call and make sure this is it....he won't, so it is his problem now. I have no issues adding him to my insurance when I get one.

For your own insanity then?

so funny story from the weekend...hubs went to a buddy party..apparently they ended up entertaining themselves by drawing p*****s on dusty cars....a day after...hubs tells me ....he would love to go back and do it again since it was so awesome.

Conclusion: he needs to go back to school and go to parties and act like an idiot to get it out of his system else he won't ever grow up....lol

Flawed conclusion. From experience I can tell you even old codgers will act like this when out with the guys. It doesn't matter if we've grown up, we'll still find that type of behavior hilarious when out with the boys.
