Hi all,

My case was approved on march 3, and nvc still don't send my files to algiers consulat, how long they take to send it?what is the processing time in algiers consulat,

Are you saying you have case complete at NVC for your I-130? Or you talking about your I-129F? You have K3 on your profile. If so your case file doesn't get sent until you get a interview.

Come over to the case complete interview thread. The scheduling for May should start next Thursday or Friday.

No have no timeline so I can't add you myself.

Okay but did you get case complete from NVC? You are done with all your documents and gathering there and now you are waiting for interview?

There's no "processing date". If you have case complete than you are now in the interview queue for your embassy and when they start scheduling if your are in line and there's enough slots you get a May interview. No way to know but wait. But you have to have Case Complete at NVC. When was your date?

When they usualy start scheduling interview in early of month or in end??

Already told you The scheduling for May should start next Thursday or Friday. I will add you to list. Congratulations. You just have to wait. Hopefully next week you will get scheduled if not too many ahead of you.
