I'll be mailing out the I-130 petition for my wife today and i just wanted to get some reassurance that all of our bases are covered. I am a foreign born USC and both my wife and I live in Toronto at the moment. Our entire package includes the cover letter listed below and everything listen therein

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date. I appreciate your review of this petition. I understand that when this petition is approved, you will contact the beneficiary of the petition, my wife. I have taken a hiatus from my career and am currently living (legally) abroad so that I can be with my wife while we wait for her visa to be processed. I have listed my foreign address on all forms.
