Interview date next week. never received appt lettrt

I know this may sound crazy but here we go.

My fiance who lives in Jamaica has been waiting to receive his letter for his interview so he could do his medical since Feb 10 2014. Well after reading on here I saw where people have called the NVC to obtain their date. I called NVC last night only to find out that his interview date is next week March 28. They said package 4 was sent out Feb 14, 2014 but we never got it. Has anyone else experience this before. What do u all suggest we do. Dont look as if we can get medical done in only 1 week. Yes, It happened to my fiancé too. When I found out about the interview date from NVC. I emailed to the EMBASSY and asked for packet and interview letter. I would say, call and e-mail to them ASAP.

So how u no u av an interview then,because they send it in your email when they send the interview date????

Email the embassy that you never received interview letter, you will have to reschedule interview date, as your medical is not scheduled. Because without a copy of the interview letter, they will not do your medical. The embassy can email you a letter.

You could always call to see when interview was scheduled before you received your letter.

Here is my suggestion since you already have the interview letter. You may want to have the interview rescheduled. Because if you go to the interview without the medical, most likely your case is going to be denied or postponed anyways. See if you can reschedule.

In regards to the letter not being mailed, we experienced the same issue , but what I did was when I received the interview letter via email , I faxed a copy of it to my husband so he would have a copy, and when I mailed him a copy of all the docs that had been sent in on the case to take to his interview, I included a copy in their as well. The medical form is online as well and I faxed that along with the letter, that way he wouldn't wait until the last minute to try and figure out how to get it.

Hey the same thing happened to me and I inform the embassy accordingly and they emailed the appointment letter, which I then used to proceed with medicals.

My appointment was in Barbados, didnt have to make an appointment for medicals, just to show up at least three days before the interview, not sure how Jamaica works.

Hey here is our update. We emailed the embassy last week letting them know that we never received our packet 4, and received our appointment letter this Thursday 1 day before his interview which was yesterday so there was no time to do his medical. . My fiance attened the interview yesterday morning and was told to do his medical and drop off his passport afterwards. Im really hoping that means we were approved. Check the status and it now says its in AP. What now????
