Including 3 years of ITRs is great, you are only required to include the most recent years ITR. The income I reported was the Total Income earned. If my memory serves me correctly it was the first line that I was required to list income on my ITR and I only included the most recent years ITR. It doesn't matter which 1040 form you filed just the total income you earned and listed on the ITR. I hope others will share their experience...

Best of luck!

you might also want to double check the instruction! this minor error will cost you a checklist and might cause delay by 30 days.

I "THINK" 1040 and 1040A is the total income and 1040ez is the adjusted gross income!

don't count on me but please double check the instruction.

do you have a sponsor? because the 2013 income is slight less than the poverty income requirement.

don't RUSH but take you time to ensure all information is correct!!

good luck.

How come filing status is SINGLE for 2013!! did you guys got married in 2013?
