I-864 Tax Information

On I-864 affidavit of support Part 6, question 13 asks for the income for the 3 most recent tax years. I am however only attaching the most recent tax transcript because I just got my job last year and I don't believe the others help me establish income as much. I checked the box before that says I'm only submitting the most recent. Do I still need to fill in all 3 boxes for my income the last 3 years?

for the three most recent years." I only included the most recent ITR of most recent year and it was not a problem. My gal was upset because she didn't even get an interview just an email telling her that her "card" was in production and would be sent to her.

Yes you still need to provide income information from the last 3 years. You only need to send a copy of your most recent tax return.

My husband only has 2 tax returns (2012 and 2011) as he was living in the UK with me. He is in the process of filing for this year, so can't submit that. He called USCIS this morning and they said it wasn't a problem to just submit two and then write on a separate sheet the situation, to explain the lack of other information. So in short, you should be fine!

Yes, you still have to fill the boxes out. You do not have to send all 3 tax transcripts (you CAN, but it's not REQUIRED). Only the most recent tax year transcripts must be sent. If you weren't reciving any income in previous years, you just put zero. My husband was living with me in Australia for 18 months, so he had one year of zero income in the US.
