On March the 18th. the USCIS updated their site and the processing time chart, it seams that the Nebraska center is the shortest in processing most of the application criteria, for instance last week the processing of IR1 was stand still on march 2013 indicating the file dates they are working on, now it shows 5 months or less.I checked the other three centers and they all still show backlog for some reason, hope it changes for the better soon.

Both my I130 and i129F cases at Nebraska were approved on 3/17/14 and would be sent to NVC for processing per the case status email notifications and text messages I recieved. 3/20/14 - recieved USCIS case status notifications and text msgs that each one was transfered to NVC.

Much earlier than we were hoping for considering the backlogs we been reading about.

Filed i130 petition for my UK spouse and accepted by UCIS on October 31, 2013. Got NOA #1 on 11/05/13

Filed i129f- for k3 Spouse Visa with UCIS in December, 2013 - accepted by UCIS 12/31/13 - NOA #1 on 12/07/14 (figured why not, couldn't hurt and may be more speedy at the given time due to the delays and backlogs with the i130s)

** in both of my petitions, I trippled checked everyting and included tons of supporting evidence, bonafides, pictures, emails, affadavits from friends, along with detailed coversheet sorting what was included and where located in the packet to avoid any potential RFE's that would delay processing**

Hope for everybody waiting, that theirs move along just as quickly.

We waited nine months to get NOA2 from Nebraska. They did mess up on their numbers (approving newer petitions to get average processing times down), but someone must have cracked the whip there because our approval came 6 days after they received our RFE. I was pleasantly surprised to see that.

Now I gotta see how fast they ship our case to NVC :D
