Hi All,

My wife and I have already submitted our AOS package (in September 2013), and I had my biometrics appointment in October 2013. However, we received RFE some time after my biometrics, which we responded to in November 2013. Subsequently, I received my EAD combo on Dec 30, 2013.

Since ending of December 2013, our application has been under testing/interview stage. Is this within normal processing timeline? What should I do about this?

Thank you.

P.S. Our local office is Oklahoma city.

Currently Oklahoma City is processing I-485 from June 10th, 2013.

That is crazy as I submitted everything in October and I am to receive my card in the mail today. I wish you the best of luck. You may consider calling UNCIS. It won't hurt.

This thread is a little old, but I was hoping that someone in this thread might reply, or another member might see it under "new content." Any updates AmericanToBe or smithjaxx? I checked the OKC local office processing times, and it says the last case for I-485 was processed August 16, 2013?! Does it matter if it is from a family based visa or from work/student visa, or is it all the same? I guess us in Oklahoma City can forget about the 4 or 5 month timeline?

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you--it will help tremendously if everyone completes their timelines. I did check the timelines here on VJ, but unfortunately there is only one fairly recent case for OKC. Ironic how it seems there is almost no one on here from OKC judging by the timelines, yet there is a backlog at the local office!
