DCF in Mexico

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to see if everything here looks right.......

1.) My wife's I-130 petition was approved in Mexico City, then forwarded to Ciudad Juarez consulate.

2.) Juarez mailed me her case number and instructions to fill out form DS-260 online.

3.) After the DS-260 was done, I made an account on www.usvisa-info.com/en-MX -- I'm able to schedule an ASC appointment and interview here

4.) I've downloaded "packet 4" from the Juarez consulate website and have completed everything asked (they don't mention a police check)

I do have a few questions --

1.)Since we have to travel up to Juarez, can I schedule the medical, ASC appointment and interview three days in a row? I'm not sure how this is usually done, but would like to only make one trip to Juarez.

2.) Do we need to send them anything ahead of time (I-864, etc.) or just bring everything to the interview?

3.) Is a police check required in Mexico?

A police check is not required. You will bring all required documents to the interview. Make sure you make copies of everything including the DS-260 confirmation page. I would recommend doing the medical 2 days before the interview. The ASC appointment will need to be done at least a day before the medical. Depending on where you live, you may be able to do the ASC at your local embassy.

"scott and emy" -- thank you so much for answering the last couple posts I have made, it's very much appreciated.

Why do you say medical 2 days before interview? Couldn't I do ASC on day 1, medical day 2, then interview on day 3?
