Thanks for making my point: Phelps was as no more a true christian than those who seek justification for their hatred in the bible. His opinions no more represent christianity than those of Hitler, for that matter.

Did you skip over the part where Hitler never claimed to be a devout Christian and no one mistook him for one... until you posted and we found someone.

I think my error was trying to engage with you in an intelligent discourse.

Living where I do I have come to now many righteous folk who posses the gift of "shuck and jive" when doubt is cast (usually with fact) on their stance.
