My fiance is a military and want to know whats the fastest way for us to get visa

Hello!

My military fiance will be coming over June this year. We are planning to get married in Guam. But I dont have a us visa yet. What are the possible requirements for my visa to be expedited. We just want to get married in Guam and I will return here in Philippines after the ceremony and honeymoon.

Please I hope someone can answer my queries soon since both of us have no idea on where and how to start processing my visa.

After your marriage you can file either k3 visa or the CR-1 visa but I suggest that to file the CR-1.

Do you need a visa to visit Guam or is Philippines under the waiver prog for Guam? You will need B2 visa if you are only planning to get married and then return to Philippines. Once back in Philippines, you can apply for CR-1 if you decided to move there permanently.

B2 visa can be immediate as long as there's interview available.

In case ure planning to ever move to the USA. I will recommend you to apply for a Fiance Visa K1, will take u like 6 to 8 months, but as soon as ure here u can get marry and start with ur green card process. When u get marry in US territory as a visitor and u go back to ur conutry ull have to apply for a spouse visa and takes a year....Isn't impossible to get marry as a visitor and start ur green card process butt hey will check ur case very carefully if u are a visitor and ull have to say u werent planning ur wedding at all and that will be a lie becuase ure right now.

your best bet is just to get married in the PI and then apply for the CR1. I highly doubt you will get a visa between now and June. the only way I have seen expedites approved are for military deployments.

Why get married in Guam? Also, I am assuming you have met in person within the past 2 years? If so you can apply for a K1, but if you leave and go back to the PI you will have to apply for a CR1, which will just be extra money. If you want to get married in Guam, it is best you stay there after so you can adjust your status and get your green card.
