Unfortunately the 6.4 months wait its only for the NOA2 still I am praying hard that it will be before that, after the 1r0 is approved they sent your case to the NVC then to thw consulate and that whole thing can last 2 to 5 monthz or more, I believe everything is case by case, money, papers all that, hopefully we dont have to wait long and we can all be with our loved ones by Thanksgiving

My pd is 3/31, i got an update on my case that my alien registration # has changed on 5/5 on my 130, however i also sent a 129 an received the same message. So im not sure which thread i should be following. I want to think i should stick with the 130 because after reviewing the 129 it got my hopes up and that just made time seem longer ?

When is your PD? Did you get your approval?

Yes, just today. My pd is march 25 and I filed for my wife and two kids . I didn't expect that it will be this quick but we are really happy. My case was approved at TSC .

Important: make sure to religiously check your mailbox because I didn't get an online status update but instead just got everything in the mail . Good luck everyone !

No news yet, but after i received my receipt for my 130 i filed a 129, and right after i got an alien case # assigned. Have u gotten one? U should really look into the 129, its free and its just one more option..although if accepted it is a little more expensive. It depends on your situation i guess. I dont live in mexico with my husband so thats why we are willing to pay if it gets here sooner, im at nebraska service center :(

The thing is my husband told me our lawyer said it wasnt neccesary, I dnt live with my husband either, but w manage to see each other once a month, he left on saturday night, I mean I know it has nothing to do but our lawyer said our case was really simple and clean, I always had tourist visa and I studied abroad for 2 years in the states, back then I was a resident and I got ssn and drivers, I am sure will be all approved soon! Is there any way that you can visit your hubby?
