I just joined have been trolling the site for info for a few weeks now, so I decided to join. It totally seems like a support group for us going through this process. I didn't see a thread for this yet so I thought I would start one.

Just got the NOA1 in the mail today. I know the wait can be long form this point How is everyone else doing?

Also the dates on the NOA1 seem off. The received and priority dates are March 13th, the day I put the package in the mail. The Notice date is March 17th which was a Sunday, didn't know the Gov. worked on Sundays. But the 17th was St. Patty's day so maybe there will be some luck with it..

Hi i filed mine on 27 March 2014. Did you get anything so far? how is your process going?

Did you try calling them or checking your status online???

try calling them so they can give you an explanation as to what's going on with your case it seems way to long to me

My husband calls them, as he is the petitioner, they send an email after saying we should call them back again in 90 days if we don't hear anything back. But it's already been more than 8 months now. So I don't know what to do anymore.

I would really recommend that your husband get in touch with his state senator. We got our NOA1 March 18, heard nothing after 6 months so we submitted a service request on Sept 15 which gave us the standard "wait 90 days." I then contacted our congressman on Oct 24, and we got approved a week later. I STRONGLY urge you guys to try!

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14:
I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:

Let bride and bridegroom in the presence of the heavenly universe pledge themselves to love one another as God has ordained they should. {LYL}
