December 11, 2014 received confirming email receipt of documents

January 26, 2015 checklist for AOS missing info and IV docs (say did not receive)

February 5, 2015 resubmitted IV docs

January 29 resubmitted AOS checklist docs

February 20, 2015 all docs received

February 20, 2015 case complete

February 27, 2015 Case complete email received.

March 2, 2015 Interview email received Interview Date April 17, 2015. Montreal

Medical scheduled April 10, 2015 Montreal

Signed up for courier service.

April 2, 2015 Medisys calls to reschedule medical . ( there is no emoticon that could accurately represent my dismay)

April 6, 2015 Medical rescheduled to April 9

April 9, 2015 Medical complete.

April 17, 2015 Interview and approval.

April 23, 2015 visa received!

May 2, 2015 visa fee paid.

August 1, 2015 POE reunited with my husband.

September 2015 ; 2 year green card received.

Did you call USCIS?

I called USCIS and they told me that my case was out of normal processing time (PD 3/17/14), and they submitted a service request for me, I should be hearing back from them in 15 days.

Tavotevi gave them a call and he got NOA2 in like 2 days after that, so you never know.

Hi guys i just received my noa2 for my 130 and k3. My 130 notice says they will be shipping it to NVC, and the k3 has been sent to the listed consulate in mexico. Does that mean that my k3 did not get attached to my 130? I really hope so!

So then i called my attorney and said she would contact mexico consulate and make sure it got their (k3). And regarding the 130 we have to wait until they receive our case and get a case #, she said meanwhile to gather my tax info, mandatory is the 2013, but she is also sending 2012 & 2011 along with a sponsor (my brothers taxes). She said we cant waste any time because of how behind NVC is right now. I will scan my notices tomorrow to her and she will call me back.

Sorry if im confusing the ones who have not gotten approved, but hopefully our cases will help you guys do everything correctly and faster and soon we will all be in the same steps! ☺️?

Hi can I join u guys..my husband filed ours last january at Nebraska but been transfered to Vermont last march 19 so I guess we are march filer too...goodluck to all please update ur timeline if you recieve noa2 tnx no noa2 for us till now so sad...

Dont waste any time and keep calling! It doesnt hurt, and welcome to the march thread. It looks like god put a great group together, i dont think its just a coincedence! ?

Wow thats good news guys good luck...my husband call USCIS what they do is just request for follow up and call them again after 30 days but we are already outside the processing frame...still hopeful for this month pray pray pray...
