I'm missing a good chunk of my only son's third year of life, so I hear you.

Then again...when we filed the projection was 5+ months to NOA2 at the NSC. I hoped to get lucky or have the pace pick up or some such unlikely event, but I've always kept that Aug/Sept target in my head to keep some perspective.

I don't let myself log in to USCIS more than once per week. I work a lot, exercise, and Skype with my wife and kid whenever possible. I try to enjoy the things I can do that I won't be able/won't want to do as much once my family is here, like sneak out for twilight golf, go for really long bike rides, or go out with colleagues after work and stay late if it's fun. I build stuff for my son's room, and have my wife scour Craigslist for furniture she likes.

That's about all i got.:) Hang in there.

I saw your timeline say 2013 and almost begun hyperventilating vj error I guess. Thanks for the words of encouragement. One way or another we are almost there.

Hello everyone, I just said goodbye to my husband again, I really want all this over is not fair for anyone, it should nt be like this.

I am triying as Shikimo said t do stuff im not going to do as much as i like when I get there, enjoy my parents company, sleep late, workout, I think eerybody here is going thru the same up and down feelings. Im praying for all of u , specially those with kids or expecting, Ihope u guys get approved before me. I am lucky to get to see my husband and I'm sure will be the last time before approval, ill see him in a month. We met in this city in Mexico, border city, nogales, wenstay in a hotel that is 15 min away from the border I get anxious to think that it will took us from there less than 3 hours to get home. Ilive 20 hours away from that city so I take a bus every month to be able to spend a day and a half together. Im lucky to be able to do that, im surr will all be there for the holidays! Hoping everyone a great week! This may be it :)

Yeah I´m pretty excited. Still cant figure out how they lost the originals we sent in, but not complaining at least its something simple. I hope this is the first and last RFE and next time I hear from them its an approval. I´m in Barcelona so I assume that once all the NVC part is over which I´m estimating 4 months, I´ll have my interview in Madrid as there is only a Consulate here in Barcelona. Btw, I added a timeline to my signature

oh and California Service Center

Im feeling that in the next 20 days we are all gonna get approved!! How do you guys manage the weekenda, I really dont like the weekends and where I live is too hot, 110 degrees and 90% humidity, if it wasnt because of the world cup ill be pretty boring, im just trying to change the topic, even though im sure everybody feels that horrible anxious/incomplete feeling. I want argentina to win but i think germany will kill them haha 3-1. And what about LeBron going back to cleveland, my hubby and I went to a game in january, we are fans of the Portland trailblazers. Hope eeryone a great weekend, next year around this time will be with our love one for a few months already!

I´m Uruguayan and really want Germany to win...cant stand Argentina hahaah. I know I feel the same, even though I received a RFE last week and was a bit bummed it was only for passport photos which I´ve already sent yesterday so I´m pumped. I´m hoping for an approval in the next two weeks. Trying to keep my mind off this process but its impossible. I´m just so anxious!!! Once I130 is approved, moving forward I´m estimating 4 months until my interview so I really am hoping to spend the holidays in Boston...so excited wow....wish you guys all the best and praying for approvals in the coming weeks. We can do this!!!!!

So, my mom just sent me a message that I was transfered from Nebraska to California. I used to check USCIS nonstop, but quick from boredom. I checked it to verify, and my case was transferred July 9th. I am living abroad, but my parents sent in the package from the US. I was surprised. I was expecting minimum August I would hear anything.
